Morris & Co Sleeping Beauty Tiles by Edward Burne-Jones
Morris, Marshall, Faulkner and Co. produced the first set of Sleeping Beauty panels for a a bedroom fireplace at 'The Hill': it was one of three, with Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast, designed the home of painter Myles Birket Foster. The tiles were designs by Edward Burne-Jones and painted by Lucy Faulkner.

How to Care for Your Tile
You can clean ceramic tiles with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge.
Installing Your Tile
Laying out your tile in order will make installation easier. The back of each tile is marked by panel and tile: Beauty and the Beast, panel 1, tile 1.
Use only unsanded grout when setting your tile.
We used the fairy tale panels on our stair risers with black slate background tile at two panels per 30-inch wide riser. Installation pictures forthcoming.
