Morris and his contemporaries had a strong interest in mythology and medieval arts. Dragons appear in his Peacock and Dragon wallpaper, and dragons made their way into Morris & Co. tiles under the direction of William De Morgan.
Because the design does not cover the entire tile, natural variations in the marble will show through. These will vary from tile to tile. See some base tiles.

How to Care for Your Tile
You can clean ceramic tiles with any household non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. You can clean sealed marble tiles the same way.
Installing Your Tile
Laying out your tile in order will make installation easier.
Use only unsanded grout when setting your tile.
These tiles are for interior use.
